Hose Tail - BSP Swivel Female - Straight - Two-Piece Crimp-On

Two-piece crimp-on hose tail: the BSP Swivel Female end Seals on the 60° cone inside the nut - no sealant, no O-ring to lose. The Australian standard hose end. Commonly found on Aussie tippers, truck bodies, farm and industrial machinery. Crimp it with our FS-R2 Multi-Fit ferrule – one ferrule series covers 1-wire, 2-wire, M3K and MXT braided hose, so you stock half the parts.

How to choose

• First number is the hose bore in dash sixteenths – (08) = 12.7 mm (1/2") hose.
• Second is the thread end – check it with the Thread Identification Chart if unsure.
• One elbow per assembly – if both ends need a bend, use a screw-on elbow adaptor on the second end.

Technicians Advice

Run the nut up by hand first - if it will not spin on freely the cone is not seated. Two flats past hand tight is plenty; over-torquing a BSP swivel splits the nut.
