Thread Standards

• SAE Code 62 Flange – SAE J518 Code 62 high-pressure split flange. It seals on a face O-ring and uses a heavier, tighter bolt pattern for high pressure.

How to Choose

• These adapt a Code 62 flange to the Cat pattern. They are not a Code 61 to Code 62 converter.
• Match the ring to the flange size you already have.
• The flange O-ring still does the sealing. The ring only sets the spacing.

Technicians Advice

Check you actually need one before ordering. A Cat machine with a standard Code 62 port does not, and the ring will just add a joint that does not need to be there.
