Ayrtec Flat Face Hydraulic Couplers - UNO Threads - ISO 16028

Matched male and female Ayrtec flat face dry-break couplers with UNO (UNF O-ring) female threads — the thread fitted to many American-spec machines and attachments. Choose 3/8" or 1/2" body with (#12) 3/4"-16 or (#14) 7/8"-14 UNO threads. Each pair ships ready to fit.

Manufactured to ISO 16028 and interchangeable with Faster 2FFI, Stucchi FIRG/A, Hansen QA, Ryco R110, Parker, CEJN and Aeroquip flat faces of the same body size. Heat treated carbon steel, zinc-nickel plated (200-hour salt spray), nitrile seals, -20°C to 100°C. Flat faces wipe clean; non-spill design, no air inclusion, locking sleeve on the female half.

How to Choose

• UNO (UN O-ring boss) threads seal on the O-ring, not the thread - common on American-built skid steers and attachments. If your port is BSPP, use our BSPP flat face range instead.
• Body size sets the flow, not the thread size - match the body to your circuit, then the thread to your hose ends.
• Confirm size by measuring the male tip diameter against the chart in the photos.

Technicians Advice

Check the O-ring every time a UNO coupler comes off - it does the sealing, and a nicked ring weeps where the same fault on a BSP taper would still hold. Wipe both flat faces clean before connecting, relieve residual pressure rather than forcing the sleeve, and replace scored male faces early before they take the female seal with them.
