Ayrtec Flat Face Hydraulic Couplers - ISO 16028 - BSPP Threads
Genuine Ayrtec flat face (dry break) hydraulic quick couplers, available as a matched pair or as individual male and female halves — pick your configuration from the dropdown — one male and one female half, ready to fit. Manufactured to ISO 16028 (2006) and fully interchangeable with Faster 2FFI, Stucchi FIRG/A Series, DNP PLT4, Hansen QA, Ryco R110, Safeway FF49, CEJN x62, Parker FE/FF/FEM and Aeroquip FD89/FD49 couplers.
Flat mating faces wipe clean to keep dirt out of your oil, the non-spill design means virtually no fluid loss or air inclusion on connection, and the locking sleeve stops accidental disconnection. The go-to coupler on excavator, skid steer and attachment circuits across construction, agriculture and mining.
- Heat treated carbon steel body, zinc-nickel plated (passes 200-hour salt spray)
- Nitrile seals, operating temperature -20°C to 100°C
- Jump sizes available (e.g. 3/8" body with 1/2" thread) — handy when your hose has different fittings on each end
- 1" body pairs use PTFE-backed seals and connect with residual pressure; rated 230 bar
- 1/4" pairs suit low-flow circuits — not warranted for hydraulic hammers (use screw-together couplers for hammers)
- Sizes up to 3/4": 350 bar (5,100 psi) working pressure
