Youli MB3 Monoblock Valve - Solenoid Operated 12/24V DC, 45 L/min, 3/8" BSPP

Push-button hydraulics: a single-spool MB3 with the 8ES solenoid kit factory-fitted, switching a full 45 L/min from a dash button, pendant or relay - cranes, tippers, winches and remote-mounted valves. Every option here keeps the MANUAL LEVER as backup, so a flat battery or blown fuse never strands the machine.

What is in each kit: each unit = MB3/1S3/18L/G4-3-4-M3 valve + the Youli 8ES solenoid kit factory-fitted: KIT-MB3-1S-ES12C uses YLMB34511L (12V, closed-centre cylinder spool, manual lever), ES24C uses YLMB34512L (24V), ES12O uses YLMB34521L (12V, open-centre motor spool), ES24O uses YLMB34522L (24V). The 8ES kit includes its own spool - assembled and tested by us before dispatch. Spare coils: YLMB8ES12D / YLMB8ES24D.

Closed centre (cylinder spool) holds a load in neutral - rams and winches. Open centre (motor spool) lets a motor coast. 250 bar, 45 L/min, 36W coils.

Technicians Advice

Size the supply wiring for the 36W coils and always switch through a relay. 12V and 24V coils are NOT interchangeable on the same kit - spare coils are available (12V and 24V) if a machine changes voltage. Multi-spool solenoid valves are assembled to order - call with the function list.
