Youli MB3/MB4 Monoblock Valve - 1 Spool Pneumatic (Air) Operated, 45-60 L/min

Air-over-hydraulic control: a single-spool Youli monoblock (double-acting cylinder spool) with the ON/OFF pneumatic actuator factory-fitted - operate the valve from a cab air switch or air pilot, no linkages. The classic truck tipper and remote-mount setup.

What is in each kit: KIT-MB3-1S-PN = MB3/1S3/18L/G4-3-4-M3 valve (cylinder/DA spool, 3/8" BSPP, 45 L/min) + YLMB44080 pneumatic actuator. KIT-MB4-1S-PN = MB4/1S3/18L/G4-M3 valve (cylinder/DA spool, 1/2" BSPP, 60 L/min) + YLMB44080. Assembled and tested by us before dispatch. Actuator seal kit available (YLMB44080-SK).

Technicians Advice

This is ON/OFF air control - the spool goes to full stroke, no feathering. Run clean dry air and keep the signal line protected; a kinked airline is the usual "valve stopped working" culprit. For proportional or electric push-button control see the solenoid MB3 below.
