VLP Modular Crossline Relief Valve - Cetop 3 (NG6) Sandwich Plate - 40 L/min

Crossline relief protection in a Cetop 3 (NG6) sandwich plate — bolts between your Cetop valve and its manifold, no extra plumbing. Two versions: crossline relief (port-to-port, protects a motor or cylinder from shock in both directions) and relief A and B to tank (dumps overpressure from either work port to the tank gallery). Both rated 40 L/min, settable up to 250 bar.

Technicians Advice

Sandwich valves stack in order — the relief should sit closest to the manifold so it sees the work lines after every other module. Torque the stack bolts evenly to the Cetop spec, and remember longer bolts are needed for every sandwich you add. Set the relief with a gauge against the actuator you are protecting, 10-20% above working pressure.
