These are the screw-in cartridge inserts from the VLP relief valve family — the same working element without the body. Use them to add relief to a manifold block, to convert a plain block into a relieved one, or as a spare to change a pressure range without buying a whole valve.

Three flow sizes, three spring ranges. The cartridge is the same part fitted in the equivalent VLP inline valve, so a VLP40 body takes a VLP40C cartridge.

Pressure setting codes

Note on part numbers: the flow number in the code matches the body it suits — VLP40C for 40 L/min bodies and blocks, VLP80C for 80 L/min, VLP130C for 130 L/min. Fitting a cartridge into a body rated for a different flow will not give the published performance.

Manufactured by CBF Hydraulic, Montecchio Maggiore, Italy. Recommended oil viscosity 10–420 cSt, working temperature −20 to +90 °C, absolute filtration 25 µm. All valves supplied set to the standard factory pressure unless you tell us otherwise — note your required setting in the order comments and we will set it before despatch at no charge.
