IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE: These plastic blanking plugs are designed STRICTLY for maintenance, breakdown, and storage purposes only. They are NOT rated for pressure and must never be used while the hydraulic system is operational or pressurised.
When installing, the bolts on your flange clamps should only be just nipped up. This provides sufficient compression on the O-ring to prevent oil weeping and block dust ingress without damaging the plastic disc.
