Pressure Washer Nozzle Cleaning Pin

The hardware around the nozzle. Adjustable and rollover holders that let one lance carry two jets or angle the spray without bending the tube, quick change and Hydroblade systems for changing size without tools, protectors that stop the tip being knocked out on a chassis rail, and the cleaning pins that are the only safe way to clear a blocked nozzle. All current stock.

Technicians Advice

Two things worth knowing here. First, nozzle protectors are not decoration - the nozzle tip sits proud of the lance end and on underbody, plant and chassis work it gets struck constantly. A struck tip does not usually fall out, it distorts, and a distorted orifice sprays a lopsided fan that the operator compensates for by getting closer, which is how paint gets cut. Fit protectors on any lance that goes under a vehicle. Second, on the cleaning pin: use it from the OUTLET side, pushing the debris back the way it came, never from the inlet. Pushing from the inlet drives grit into the narrowest part of the orifice and wedges it, and you will not get it out afterwards. And never, ever use a drill bit, wire or welding rod - the insert is harder than the nozzle body but it is still brittle, and a chipped insert is a nozzle in the bin.
