Chemical injectors are the most misunderstood thing on a wash rig. A fixed 3:1 or 6:1 venturi does not mean your chemical ends up at that dilution on the wall - it means the injector draws one part concentrate to that many parts water AT THE INJECTOR, and then the nozzle and pressure change what actually lands. If your dilution matters (and with acids it does), test it with a measured bucket and a stopwatch rather than trusting the label. Second, flush the injector with clean water at the end of every day, especially after acid. The check ball inside is small, and dried chemical around it is the reason most injectors stop drawing. Third, on surface cleaners: the two nozzles inside are consumables like any other, and when a surface cleaner starts leaving stripes it is almost never the machine, it is one of those two nozzles worn or blocked. Take the cover off and look before you blame the pump.
