Pressure Cleaner Burner Heating Coil

A hot water pressure cleaner is two machines in one, and this is the half that runs a diesel flame a few centimetres away from a coil full of water. It works hard and it wears out predictably: nozzles coke up, electrodes erode, fuel pumps lose pressure, and eventually a coil gives up. Everything here is a genuine replacement with a part number.

What is in the box

  • One burner or boiler part as listed, supplied loose
  • Gaskets, seals and fasteners are not included unless the listing says kit
  • Fit is by part number - check yours against the machine plate before ordering
  • Diesel burner parts are consumables on a hot water machine, so a spare on the shelf saves downtime

Technicians Advice

Soot is a diagnosis, not a nuisance. A burner running rich lays black soot on the coil, and soot is an insulator - so the machine makes less heat, you turn it up, and it soots faster. By the time the exhaust is black the coil is already losing efficiency. Nine times out of ten it is a nozzle past its life or an air setting that has drifted, and both are cheap. Clean the coil while you are there, because fitting a perfect nozzle behind a sooted coil fixes nothing.
