ENGMATTEC is a Quality Dry Break quick connect hydraulic coupling rated to a working pressure of 5,000 psi (350 bar) and the ability to flow oil from 115 to 200 Lt/min.

ENGMATTEC Flat Face hydraulic Couplers are suitable for applications with high impulses, dusty, dirty or environmentally sensitive environments where oil loss on disconnection cannot be tolerated.

These are designed to the ISO 16028 standard (the most common Standard), and are interchangeable with the following brands of Flat Face couplers:

Flat face couplers come in a variety of BODY sizes as well as various threads. It is important to measure the tip of the Male flat face & compare it to the column highlighted in our photo to ensure correct fitment.

This series of couplings are designed for use in excavator hammer and Auger circuits and other applications involving high pressure pulses. Construction plant, mobile equipment, general industrial, nuclear, mining and agricultural.

Used extensively on Yanmar, Bobcat, Digga, Ditch Witch, and Case equipment, ( some Bobcat couplers will require SAE/UNO threads Instead of BSP female threads)

Connection / Disconnection Under Pressure:

Connection with residual pressure in the line will be difficult or impossible.
For applications where connection under pressure is required,
Stucchi HCP male Flate face couplings,
or Poppet Style Screw Together Couplings from either the VD or VV ranges are recommended.
