PTO Alternative for Trucks, uses a 4 kW 24 Volt DC Hydraulic Power Unit, Flows up to 12.9 Lt/min at 100 bar (1,500 psi) and 7.5 Lt/min at 210 bar (3,000 psi)

This is a High Power Unit with Pressure discharge and Tank Suction Ports directly connected to the pump.

Please note this Unit does not have a built in relief Valve but is available as an optional extra.

Used this 24 Volt DC Power unit is an alternative to a mechanical PTO pump. It has a high-output 24 V DC 4.0 kW Fan Cooled motor and is supplied with a 4.2cc pump, (these may be upsized or Down sized for no, or little extra cost, please see below.

Note: It does not come with an oil tank or a built in relief Valve.

We do have a unit with a tank as well. It is a pressure & suction setup from the pump. This unit can only be used intermittently, see the duty cycle below.

This unit will flow more oil up to 12.9 Lt/min at 100 bar: (1,500 psi) and has the capacity to produce up to 210 Bar of pressure (but at reduced 7.5 Lt/min oil flow), but keep in mind this unit draws high amperage between 140 and 2230 amps so large cross section cables must be used and High-quality batteries are required. It is ideal for cranes (you can hook up your valve micro switch auto start as per the diagram) or Medium-tipper trucks.

Some very large tipper trucks hoist rams can require 40-50 liters of oil to extend. This will be pushing the 'duty cycle' time, potentially causing the auto heat cut-out switch.

Not recommended for very large hoist rams.
