Padlock a ball valve open or shut so it cannot be moved by anyone who should not be moving it. These kits fit the Oleoweb RAS2 2-way and RAS3 3-way bodies. If your site has an isolation or lockout procedure, this is the part that makes a hydraulic valve compliant with it.
| Item | Part code |
| Locking kit 1/4"-1/2" (6.4-12.7 mm) | LK6-F |
| Locking kit 3/4"-1 1/2" (19.0-38.1 mm) | LK20-F |
| Lockable handle 1/4"-1/2" (6.4-12.7 mm) | SB6 |
| Lockable handle 3/4"-1 1/2" (19.0-38.1 mm) | SB20 |
The LK kits are a locking plate and hasp that bolt to the valve body and take a standard padlock. The SB items are a complete lockable handle assembly – a heavier fix where the original handle has been damaged or where the valve gets tampered with.
Match the kit to your valve size band: one for 1/4"-1/2" (6.4-12.7 mm), one for 3/4"-1 1/2" (19.0-38.1 mm).
Email a photo of the valve to sales@hydraulic.online and we will identify the range and send the right part.

Because "I shut it" is not a safety system. A locking kit turns a ball valve into a lockable isolation point that satisfies a tag-out procedure: padlock it shut so stored energy stays isolated while someone is inside the machine, or padlock it open on a suction line so nobody can start a pump against a closed valve. The LK plates bolt to the valve you already have; the SB assemblies replace the handle outright where the original has been bent or the valve gets interfered with.

Fit the lock plate under the handle screw and padlock through the slot. Lock the valve in the position the job needs – open on suction lines so a pump can never be started dry, closed for isolation while working downstream. Tag it with who holds the key.
