Oil coolers with Axial Cooling fans operating on
12 Volt DC , 24 Volt DC , 220 Volt AC , 415VAC
Designed for Oil Flows from 80 Liters per Minute to 300 Liters Per minute.
Oil coolers or heat exchangers are used to reduce excessive heat in hydraulic systems.
The reliability, efficiency, and lifespan of key components such as bearings and seals Pumps and Motors can be greatly improved by the use of oil cooling to remove excess heat and maintain an optimal working temperature.

There is a recommended option for a Temperature sensor switch:
This switch simply turns on the cooling fan when the oil in the cooler heat reaches a certain predetermined temperature
Temperature Switches are available in the following preset temperatures
40°C, 50°C, 60°C, 70°C, and 80°C
This can potentially mean energy savings and quieter running, especially in the cooler winter months.
Please refer to the charts for correct sizing.
Please remember
Oil coolers are designed to go on the return to tank oil circuit,
Always ensure there are large enough hoses to not cause excessive 'oil back pressure'
Max pressure is 16 Bar / 240 Psi.
These coolers simply use BSPP ports.
Suggested Uses
How to Calculate the Size of an Oil / Air Cooler.
You will need a thermometer (infrared is best) to measure oil temperature and a timepiece to measure the time.
Pick a location on the machine where heat is experienced and you know oil is flowing through it and measure at the same location every 15 minutes.
Record the temperature and the time.
