How to choose
- A cap covers a male thread; a plug fills a female port. Male thread showing = cap.

Technicians Advice
The flat sealing face is the whole game with ORFS: one dent from bouncing around a toolbox uncapped and the joint will never seal again. Cap every open ORFS end the moment it is cracked – the cap protects the face, the O-ring does the sealing on refit.
