O-ring, Pump Spacer

A triplex pump is a rebuildable machine. Seals, valves and pistons are wear parts with a service life, and when the pressure drops off or the crankcase starts filling with water it is almost never the pump that is finished - it is the fifty dollars worth of rubber inside it. Everything on this page is a genuine kit with a part number, matched to a pump model.

Pressure washer pump seal kit, valve or piston - O-ring, suits ZW.

Technicians Advice

Before you pull a pump apart for low pressure, check the nozzle. A worn nozzle orifice is the single most common cause of "the pump has lost pressure", and it costs fifteen dollars instead of a rebuild. Put a new nozzle of the correct size on, and if the pressure comes back you have just saved yourself an afternoon. If it does not, then it is seals and valves - and at that point do both.
