Shrouds, tail covers, motor supports, a starter assembly and the external flange that mates a motor to a Comet TW 500 pump. Small parts, but they are the ones that hold a motor together and the ones nobody stocks until a machine is down. All current stock.

These parts exist because motors on wash gear cop a beating that motors in a factory never see. The shroud and tail cover are not cosmetic - they direct cooling air over the windings, and a motor running without its shroud will run twenty or thirty degrees hotter and quietly lose years of insulation life. If you find a machine running with the cover missing because it cracked, replace it rather than leaving it; the cost of the cover against the cost of a rewind is not close. The motor support is the other one worth watching. It carries the whole weight of the motor and it fatigues at the mounting holes on machines that get moved around a yard on a trailer. Check it whenever the machine is on the bench, because when a support lets go the motor drops onto the pump coupling and takes the pump shaft with it.
