Motor & Engine Side Coupling Halves
The half that fits your electric motor or engine shaft. Series 0 to 6 jaw couplings in aluminium and cast iron, plus machinable pilot-bore blanks.
Remember - a complete drive needs four parts: bellhousing + motor-side half + pump-side half + rubber element. This listing covers one of them; the others are linked below.

How to Choose
- Match the SERIES to your element and pump-side half - all three parts must be the same series (0/2/3/4/5/6).
- Motor halves: pick by motor frame and shaft diameter (frame D71=14mm shaft, D80=19, D90=24, D100/112=28, D132=38, D160=42, D180=48, D200=55, D225=60, D250=65).
- Engine halves: pick by engine HP and crank shaft size.
- Pilot bore = undrilled blank, machine to any shaft.
Technicians Advice
Fit the half flush with the shaft end unless engagement dictates otherwise, and always use the grub screw on the key - Loctite 243 on the thread. Series is sized by torque: as a rule Series 2 to 5.5kW, 3 to 11kW, 4/5 to 30kW, 6 above. When in doubt go up a series - the element is the fuse.
