Product Details

Modular Cetop Pressure Switch Manifold Blocks – NG6 and NG10

A sandwich block that drops into a Cetop valve stack and gives you a port to mount a pressure switch on. Instead of tapping into a line somewhere and running extra plumbing, the switch bolts to the stack and senses A, B or P directly. Rated to 350 bar.

Cetop 3 (NG6) 350 bar A and B, or P B6
Cetop 5 (NG10) 350 bar A and B, or P B10

How to choose

  • Match the block to the Cetop pattern of the stack it is going into – NG6 blocks do not fit NG10 stacks.
  • Decide which port you are sensing before you order: A and B for load-holding or clamp confirmation, P for supply pressure.
  • The block gives you the port; the switch is bought separately – F4, K5 or a digital unit all suit.
  • Remember the block adds height to the stack, so check your tie-bolt length.

Technicians Advice

Check your tie-bolt length before you order: every module you add to a Cetop stack needs longer bolts, and a block torqued down on bolts that are one thread short will weep at the seals and eventually blow a gasket out sideways. Fit new seals rather than reusing the old ones – they cost almost nothing and a stack that has to come apart twice costs a morning. Sensing P gives you supply pressure regardless of what the spool is doing, which is what you want for pump and accumulator control; sensing A or B tells you what the actuator is actually seeing, which is what you want for clamp and load-holding confirmation. Torque the tie bolts evenly in a cross pattern to the valve maker’s figure – overtightening distorts the block faces and causes the very leak you were trying to prevent.
