The 85.402.188 and the MNRS134 are the same part with two different codes on it. Buy whichever is in stock, they are interchangeable.
A weeping swivel is almost always the seals, not the body. Pull it down before you order a new one - a seal kit is about a third of the price and takes twenty minutes. Reel swivels are rated to around 30 rpm and are built for intermittent unwind, so do not press one into service on a surface cleaner or a rotating arm; those need a proper high-speed swivel with a bearing pack and will destroy a reel swivel in hours. Check the thread AND the sealing method before you order. BSP parallel female seals on a cone or an O-ring and wants no tape at all; BSP taper and NPT seal on the thread and want two or three wraps of PTFE with the first thread left bare. Never put tape on an O-ring face seal - it shreds, works into the groove and you have built yourself a permanent leak. Do the swivel up with two spanners, holding the body. Torquing against the drum twists the band and the reel will never run true again.
