Male Rod Clevis for AG Hydraulic Cylinders, 1" Pin, 1-1/4" UNF Female Thread

A solid male clevis block that screws onto the rod in place of the standard female clevis. Use it when the mount on your machine is a fork, or when you want a single eye on the rod end instead of two ears. It is greaseable and ready to fit.

How to choose

• Check your rod thread is 1-1/4" UNF. That covers our 2" x 1-1/4" rod through to 4" bore cylinders.
• Check the fork on your machine takes a 1" pin.
• For pivots that work all day, go the bronze bushed version.

Technicians Advice

Fit it the same way as a female clevis: clean threads, medium strength thread locker, screw it fully home against the rod shoulder, square it up to the base end, then nip the grub screw. Grease it before the first stroke and keep greasing it. A dry pin in a male eye wears the bore oval quickly, and once it is oval the cylinder starts to knock on every change of direction.
