A leaking shaft seal does not mean a dead motor. Nine times out of ten the internals are fine and a genuine factory seal kit brings the motor back for a fraction of replacement cost.
Fits: Covers the M+S MV and C-mount MVC disc valve motors in standard, high pressure and reinforced HD versions, the MLHVC HD, and the MVS short motor.

Disc valve motors use a larger seal set than a Gerotor or Geroler motor, and the kit must match the seal version stamped in the motor code. Read the last letters of your motor part number: D or no letter = standard low-pressure seal, U = high-pressure seal, HD = reinforced high-pressure. Fitting a standard kit to a U or HD motor will leak. If you are not sure, send us a photo of the motor plate.
Find out why it leaked before you fit the new seal. The most common killer of shaft seals is case drain back pressure - a blocked, kinked or undersized drain line. Fit the new seal without fixing the drain and you will be doing the job again in a month. Second most common: radial load working a plain bearing until the shaft runs off-centre - if the shaft has visible wear or play, a seal kit will not save it. Clean the seal cavity thoroughly, oil the new seals before assembly, and never drive a seal in dry with a hammer - use a proper drift or socket that bears on the outer edge only.
Genuine factory kits, 12-month warranty. We are a working hydraulic service centre - if you would rather send the motor in for reseal, ask us.
We ship Australia-wide. Orders are dispatched from our supply network in Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth, so your parts leave from the warehouse closest to you on express freight. Because we sell solid steel components, freight costs reflect real weight and real distance. We do not hide freight costs in inflated product prices. What you see is what you pay.
