Replacement levers for the KHB series ball valves we sell. Match the SW number to your valve size band and it bolts straight on with the original hardware.
| Fits | Part code |
| KHB valves 1/4"-1/2" (6.4-12.7 mm) - SW9 | SW9 |
| KHB valves 3/4"-1" (19.0-25.4 mm) - SW12 | KHBH-12 |
| KHB valves 1 1/4"-1 1/2" (31.8-38.1 mm) - SW14 | KHBH-14 |
A ball valve with a snapped lever is almost always a perfectly good valve – the ball, seats and stem are unharmed, because the handle bent instead of the stem. A replacement handle is a five-minute fix at a fraction of the cost of the valve, and nothing like the cost of draining the circuit to change it. If you are not sure which valve you have, email a photo of the body stamping to sales@hydraulic.online.

Match the handle to the valve size in the table and seat it fully on the stem flats before tightening the screw. A loose handle rounds the flats and then nothing grips. If a valve is hard to turn even with a new handle, the seats are worn – replace the valve.
