How to choose
- A cap covers a male thread; a plug fills a female port. Male thread showing = cap.
- Measure the male thread outside diameter and match it to the size column.

Technicians Advice
Seals metal-to-metal on the 30° JIS cone – hand tight then a firm nip. Do not swap in a standard BSP swivel cap: the 60° cone contacts on the wrong diameter and it will weep under pressure even when it feels tight.
