Product Details

High Pressure GS3 Three Way Nozzle

Everything that is not a plain fan. Turbo nozzles spin a zero degree jet in a cone so you get the cutting power of a pencil jet over the coverage of a fan. Variable nozzles let the operator dial the pattern at the wand without walking back to the machine. Then the specialists - steam, three way, multi function, stabiliser, shower head and the ultra high pressure nozzle saver. All current stock.

Ways to buy this nozzle:

Specialty pressure washer nozzle - GS3 three way nozzle.

Technicians Advice

Turbo nozzles are consumables with a bearing in them, and the bearing is what dies. The rotor spins on a ceramic seat lubricated only by the water going past it, so anything abrasive in the supply - bore water, a tank with silt in the bottom, a site standpipe after a main has been worked on - grinds it out in weeks instead of years. If your turbos never last, fit an inlet filter and check it, and consider the in-line high pressure filter as well. You will hear a dying turbo before you see it: the note goes from a steady scream to a rattle, and once it rattles it is throwing an uneven pattern that leaves swirl marks. On variable nozzles the failure mode is different - operators adjust them under pressure, which wears the seat oval, and then it leaks at every setting. Same rule as the Hi-Lo lances: release the trigger, adjust, then squeeze.
