Italian-made Galtech Q 75, 5 spool, 80 Lt/min hydraulic monoblock valve.

Designed for Tilt Tray Trucks. Skip Bin Trucks, Front end Loaders, Backhoes, or any application where you need to control 5 individual functions or cylinders.

These valves are regularly used in hydraulic circuits to divert the flow of high-pressure oil and are typically used to control the speed and movement of hydraulic cylinders or motors.

The standard configuration is a double-acting cylinder spool with 3 positions, spring return to the center lever.

Also available with Motor spool, Single acting, detent kits, plus a full electric option.

Series Q75.
All sections on these Q-75 Monoblock valves are double acting with a three-position spring return kit Complete with levers.

there is an adjustable main relief (81-200 Bar as standard) factory set at 150 Bar / 2100 psi standard.

Options also include: full 12 or 24 Volt DC electrically operated solenoid coils as well as Pneumatic actuators.

This valve with electric or pneumatic add-ons will be ready to hook up to a remote control unit.

We have put in the option to have just 3 functions to hook up to the remote or an option for all 5 functions.

Many tilt trays use lever controls for the car cradle, & a remote for tilt, slide & winch.

A Power beyond the sleeve option:, gives the you the ability to run the a secondary (smaller flow) valve downstream,

this is achieved by turning the 'T' port into a pressure port for the additional valve to feed off.

With the power beyond the sleeve, they are screwed into the “tank” port of the valve – this allows it to carry through the high pressure oil to a secondary function or valve.

When you assemble this sleeve, you would also have to remove the plug on top of the valve block for use as a tank return line.
