GALTECH Q75 Italian made Flow Control Valve 4-Spool, flows 80 Lt/min pressures to 300 bar (4500 psi) fitted with double acting electric solenoid Actuators.
Italian made Quality, from Galtech: Q 75 4 spool electrically actuated hydraulic flow control valve with manual override.
Flows 80 Lt/min, this valve has electrically operated spools. It is designed for Tilt Tray Trucks, Skip Bin Trucks, Front end Loaders, Backhoes or any application where you need to control 4 individual functions via remote control or with on off electric push buttons.
Standard configuration is a double acting cylinder spool: with 3 position, spring return to centre lever. Also available with Motor spool.
Series Q75.
All sections on these Q-75 monoblock valves are double acting with a three position spring return kit c/w levers and adjustable main relief valve (between 81-200 Bar as standard) set at 150 Bar / 2100 Psi standard.
Options also include full 12 or 24 Volt DC electrically operated. This valve with electric add on's, will be ready to hook up to a remote control unit.
A Power beyond sleeve, gives the option to run a secondary (smaller flow) valve downstream, by turning the 'T' port into a pressure port for additional valve to feed off.
With the power beyond sleeve, they are assembled onto the “tank” port of the valve – this allows it to carry through the high pressure. When you assemble this sleeve, you would also have to remove the plug on top of the valve block for use as a tank line.
