HYDRAULIC OIL FLOW CONTROL 2 TO 5 STATION 12 OR 24VOLT DC ELECTRICALLY CONTROLLED CEETOP 5 MANIFOLD 80-100LPM

This is a brand new 2, 3, 4 or 5 function 80-100 LPM high quality electrically operated valve, ideal for use with cherry pickers, skip trucks & would also be suitable for tilt trays.

This is a fairly simple to install unit, requiring only 12v or 24v cable and an operating panel or switches installed in the desired location (with toggle buttons). Prices vary depending on number of stations required. You will require one station per cylinder/function.

Comes standard with 'cylinder' spools. This means when buttons are not being pushed the cylinders will 'lock' in position. To install you can use either end of the manifold for your pressure & return to tank hoses (3/4" BSPP ports) and plug off the unused P & T ports.

Each manifold station supports one (1) function and features 1/2" BSPP A + B ports. Each solenoid coil (2 per function) MUST be wired to the solenoid coil on the unloader cetop otherwise pressure will not be directed to the energised function.

The manifold features an additional station and open centre Ceetop which functions as an unloader valve. This allows oil to circulate freely until a function is energised. The unloader's solenoid coil must be wired back to the solenoid coil on every function. This results in the unloader being actuated at the same time as the energised function and blocks the flow of oil back to tank.

Once the flow is blocked from the unloader it will cause the pressure to be sent to the energised function and allow it to actuate. When wiring the unloader's solenoid coil back to other function a diode must be used to prevent the current spreading back to the other functions. The manifold has a built-in adjustable relief valve as well as a 1/4" BSPP port to allow a pressure gauge to be fitted.

Please be aware that only one function can be operated at a time. Manual control levers are available for each function as required at additional cost. Modular over-centre/counter-balance valves are also available on request. In the event of power loss the Ceetops can be overridden by depressing the small button (flush) on the end of the coils.

These are heavy units. Each Cetop 5 is approx 5 kg, plus the manifold can mean multi-station units can weigh 30 KG
