A boxed set of jetting heads costs less than buying the same heads one at a time, and it means the van carries the right nozzle for the line rather than the one that was on the hose last week. Sets from 7 to 16 pieces in a fitted case, matched to a flow band so every head in the box works on the same machine. All current stock.
Ways to buy this kit:
| Box | Part number | Pieces | Rated for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Expert box | 165 MNBK-P | 16 piece | 5,000 psi @ 21 L/min |
| Expert box | 165 MNBK-Q | 16 piece | 5,000 psi @ 26 L/min |
The value in a boxed set is not the discount, it is that every head in it is drilled for the same flow. The single most common problem we see with jetting is a van full of heads collected over years, half of them sized for a machine the operator no longer owns, and nobody able to say which is which because the size is stamped somewhere that has worn off. A matched set solves that, and if you keep the heads in the case you can see at a glance what is missing. Two practical notes. First, when a head goes missing down a line - and one will - replace it with the same size from the individual listings, not with whatever is cheapest. Second, wash the whole box out at the end of a job, not just the head you used; slurry gets everywhere and dries hard in the jets of the heads you did not touch.
