Self-centring bonded seals for BSP threaded hydraulic connections. The elastomer lip is bonded inside a steel washer, so the seal centres itself on the thread and seals on the face as you torque the joint. Pick your size below and it is on its way.

How to choose

• Match the seal to the male thread size of the fitting, not the hole in the washer – a 1/2" BSP fitting takes the 1/2" seal.
• BSP and BSPP threads of the same nominal size take the same bonded seal.
• Metric stud or banjo bolt? You want the metric bonded seals listing instead.
• Not sure what thread you have? Measure the outside diameter of the male thread and call us.

Technicians Advice

A bonded seal only works once. The lip crushes to the fitting face the first time you torque it, so fit a new seal every time you crack the joint – reusing one is how a tipper ends up weeping oil down the chassis rail a week after service. Clean the spot face before assembly and torque the fitting metal-to-metal; the washer bottoming out is what stops you over-crushing the lip.
