The DM4 uses a rotary knob rather than a lever, which makes it the right choice where there is no room to swing a handle — inside a cabinet, on a panel, or on a compact machine.

Three positions with a positive detent in each. The rotary action is also harder to knock accidentally than a lever, which matters on a machine people brush past.
