
The DCV150 handles 150 L/min at 315 bar. Note the port arrangement — P and the working ports are 3/4" BSPP but the tank port is 1", because at this flow a restricted return builds back pressure fast.

Every valve is supplied spring centred, double acting, with load hold checks and a main relief valve in the inlet. That is the configuration most jobs want, and it is what the price shown covers.
Power beyond: the outlet is a standard open-centre cover; select the plug option above if you are feeding a second valve downstream.
Other options are fitted, not bolted on later. Detent kits, spring kits, pneumatic control, port reliefs and alternative spools all change the part number. Tell us what you need and we will build and quote the exact valve.
Spring centred or detented? Spring centred returns to neutral the moment the operator lets go — the right choice for anything that lifts, tips or could trap someone. A detent holds the function on with nobody at the lever; use it only where that is genuinely safe.
Spools: the standard build is S1 double acting on every section. Motor spools, single acting spools and mixed stacks are factory-fitted to order — call 1300 146 737 and we will quote the exact valve.
Do not neck the return line down to match the rest of the plumbing. Every bar of back pressure on T adds directly to the load the pump has to work against, and on a valve passing 150 L/min that is real horsepower turned into heat. Run the 1" return full-bore to the tank.
The 1" tank port is there for a reason — plumb it full-bore, through a return filter sized for the flow, and keep elbows to a minimum. Set the main relief with a gauge: it ships at 200 bar and the correct setting is dictated by the weakest component in the circuit. Spools are per-section on a sectional valve — the standard build here is double acting on every bank, but motor and single acting spools can be fitted per section at the factory; tell us the mix and we will quote the exact part number. Adding a section later? Order the matching bolt kit, torque the tie rods evenly in stages, and reseal every joint face with new section seals — reused seals on a 150 L/min valve weep from day one.
