Seal kits

On a sectional valve, one seal kit does one section — a four-section DCV100 needs four kits. On a monoblock, one kit does the valve.

Power beyond (HPCO) plugs

A power beyond plug converts the outlet so that unused flow carries on to a second valve instead of dumping to tank. It is what lets you run two valve banks off one pump in series. Get the right one for the frame — they are not interchangeable.

Pneumatic control

The A14 kit converts a lever section to air actuation, so it can be operated from a remote panel or a cab-mounted pilot. Add two DCV-A171 (12V) or DCV-A172 (24V) solenoid valves per section for electric on/off control of the air.

DCV spares are model specific. A DCV40 kit will not fit a DCV60, even where the part looks identical. Check the model plate on the valve before ordering.

Technicians Advice

Match the kit to the spool code stamped on your section - spools are matched to their bore in production, so a kit fixes seals and springs, not a scored bore. Reseal on the bench, not on the machine: clean the cavity, oil every seal before assembly, and never drive a seal home dry. If a spool is scored or the bore shows wear lines, replace the section - new seals will not save it.
