A pin with a flanged head that bolts to the clevis so it cannot turn in its bore, and a grease nipple so it can be greased in place. Use it on pivots that move constantly, where a loose pin would spin and wear the clevis holes out.
Ways to buy this part:
| Code | Pin diameter | Max clevis width | Suits |

| Parameter | Value |
|---|---|
| Type | Flanged anti-rotation pin, greaseable |
| Retention | M6 x 20 screw into the clevis |
| Sizes | 1" and 1-1/4" |
Fit the pin, rotate the flange to where the screw hole clears the clevis ear, and spot through the flange hole before you drill. Drill 5 mm and tap M6, keeping clear of the pin bore. A drop of thread locker on the screw stops it vibrating out. Then grease the pin through the nipple until fresh grease shows at both sides of the eye.
