This is the standard A-frame that replaced the old 85.402.003. If you are matching an existing rig, check which stacking kit and roller guide your old drum used - the part numbers changed with the frame.
The open A-frame exists for one reason - so you can mount a ball valve directly on the drum and run the hose off it for jetting. If you are only feeding a pressure cleaner you do not need it, and a crank reel will cost you less and take less deck space. Capacity is always quoted at 3/8 inch; drop to 1/4 inch jetter hose and you will fit roughly double, which is why the same drum shows up on both sewer and wash rigs.
Stacking kits only fit matching drums, so check the part number rather than the shape - they look near enough identical across three families. On a trailer, brace the frame at the top as well as the base. The A-frame is strong vertically and soft in torsion, and corrugations will find that out.
