
Cartridge flow divider.
Allows equal flow to two different functions. Ideal to ensure two hydraulic cylinders move at the same rate. This valve both divides oil as well as combines it. For use with two cylinders, you only require one of these as the oil is forced through & divided in both directions on double acting cylinders. It is installed basically as a tee piece. It has one flow in, then two 50/50 flows out to ram ports. A cheaper alternative to rotary flow dividers this allows for 85-90% equal flow. For most applications, we have found this to be within tolerances. For even more precise results, see our mechanical rotary gear flow dividers. mechanical rotary gear flow dividers have an internal 'catch up' valve if a ram gets out of synch, these do not. Your pressure relief valve will do this.
These come in various flow rates which you can pick from the drop box next to the price. The closer to your flow rate, the more precise dividing.
