28 Piece SAE Code 61 & Code 62 Hydraulic O ring Flange Port Blanking Kit with Spare set of 90 Duro (N9) O Rings and a Strong Plastic Case.

Also known as Code 61 or Code 62 "Blank Disc", "Blind Flange", Blanking Cap.

SAE Code 61 and Code 62 O Ring Flange Blanks or Caps are used for covering Cylinder Ports, Pump and or Motor ports, stub-out header lines and maintenance work covers.

Once these Code 61 and or Code 62 O Ring Flange caps are properly installed with an O-ring and either a split or solid flange Clamps, the hydraulic system is safe from leaks and contamination and it can also be safely pressurised.

These O ring Flange Plugs and Caps come as a Kit and are packed in an Impact resistant plastic case with Bonus N9 (90 duro) Nitrile "O" rings and a Microfibre Towel.

Using these O ring Flange plugs after: removing hoses ensures that no oil leaks onto the ground or into the machine.

Flange Caps also help to prevent harmful contaminants: such as dirt, dust, rainwater, sand and dust from entering your machine's sensitive hydraulic components such as Pumps, Motors, Valves and Cylinders.
